Please find included the first batch of preparatory material for the upcoming Council call.

For your convenience I a reference to the agenda item. In particular I want to draw your attention the note relating to item 4 on the agenda (FOI Implementation update). This includes questions, which Keith has raised on the 10 December call. I also want to point out that the Advice on Meeting B was already send to you on 5 January 2016 by Katrina in her capacity as chair of the ccNSO Programme WG.
