This is another recommendation from the Triage Committee on how to move forward with the request for input on the 'New Specification proposal to the new gTLD Registry Agreement, available to a Registry operating a TLD that ICANN determines qualifies as a ".Brand TLD".'  

(The recommendation is to do nothing).
