Hello,
Just a small comment about question 9.
The question asks about SPAM in general, but according to the definition they use (from the DNS Abuse Framework), spam is considered DNS Abuse,
only when it is used as a vector for the other types of abuse. The answer to the question changes a lot if you add that condition.
