REMINDERS:

• There will be live polling during the Governance session and the UA session – please locate the email titled “POLLING NOTIFICATION:  ccNSO Governance” and “POLLING NOTIFICATION:  UA Session” with instructions on how to participate
• The sessions with * will have real-time live interpretation in EN, ES, FR.
  Onsite participates should pick up the receiver and headphones prior to taking your seat or you can use your own headphones to utilize the Zoom tool.
  Remote participates will use the feature in Zoom

  To use the interpretation, feature within Zoom, download the Zoom application.
  The language spoken in Zoom may vary throughout the session depending on who is speaking.
  Participants should select the language they will speak or listen to by clicking on the Interpretation icon located on Zoom toolbar.
  Prior to unmuting your microphone, ensure you have selected the language you will be speaking, including English speakers.
  If you are unable to download Zoom or have dialed into a session via telephone, visit the relevant session information on the schedule to find an alternate, listen-only option.
