Subject: ICANN BOARD MEETING APROVES ALAC SEAT

Good morning, Gabbi:
 
Would you please advise the ccNSO Council that the ICANN Board has just unanimously approved the addition of an ALAC seat on the ICANN Board.
 
The ALAC Executive Council is pleased with this decision, but are unsure whether this is the definitive Board reaction to the ALAC review WG and SIC recommendation (of two voting members), or a possible first step with the Board reserving the right to expand to two ALAC members at some future date.
