Action 130-01:

The ccNSO Council request the Secretariat to send out a call for volunteers for NomCom FY 2018.

ACTION 130-02:

Decision Council has been published and will become effective today, assuming no call for ratification vote. ECA will be informed accordingly.

Create review team, and prepare review of meeting.
