Today we will start with 360 survey of the following persons: Alejandra, Molehe, Chris, Ai Chin, and Stephen. You will receive the links to the surveys in a separate email, and in the course of the process I’ll keep you informed. As you discussed, you indicated that you appreciate the feedback! So please the feedback to your peers as they appreciate it as well.

The survey timeline:

• Start of Survey: Tuesday 8 July 2025– Links to Surveymonkey Surveys will be sent to all Councillors who are not subject to survey and to staff. Each of you will receive a links in one email.
• Closure of Survey: Tuesday 22 July 2025 
• Compilation of individual Reports: 24 July 2025
• Share results with individual Councillors and  Evaluator:  March 2025
• Conversations Chair and individual Councillor: 5 – 13 March 2025

The evaluator for this round is Alejandra, with exception with respect to her own 360 review for which Biyi and Jordan will be the evaluators.  The proposed Feedback Process Manager is Bart Boswinkel.
