In an effort to give you as much notice as possible, I would like to share the current draft of the ccNSO-related sessions in Montreal. 

Please keep in mind the schedule is tentative and subject to change, however the dates/times have been confirmed by leadership and the working group/committee chairs.  NOTE:  the high interest/cross community sessions are now being call “Plenary Session”.

If you would like to give a presentation at Tech Day, please see the attached announcement.

Day 1,  Saturday, 2 November

• SOPC Workshop - 1330-1645 (blocks 3, 4)
• Joint session:  ALAC and ccNSO – 1600-1645 – (block 4-partial)

Day 3, Monday, 4 November

• PLENARY SESSION:  EPDP Phase 2:  Unified Access Model for Non-Public gTLD Registration Data – 1030-1200 (block 2)
• Joint session:  ccNSO and GNSO – 1200-1330 (lunch)
• Public Forum 1 – 1330-1500
• Welcome Ceremony – 1700-1830 (Could possibly move to a.m.)
• Community Action Approval Forum (TBD)
• Gala Night - TBD

Day 4, Tuesday, 5 November

• Members meeting day 1 – 900-18:00
• Joint session:  ICANN Board and ccNSO 1100-1200
• Joint session:  ccNSO and GAC 1330-1415
• ccNSO Community Networking Event – INVITATION ONLY more information will be sent in the coming weeks

Day 5, Wednesday, 6 November

• Members meeting day 2 – 900-1645 (will not meet block 2)
• PLENARY SESSION:  DNS Abuse 1030-1200 (block 2)
• ccNSO Council Meeting - 1700-1830 (block 5)

Day 6, Thursday 7 November

• ICANN Annual General meeting – 830-1015
• IDN ccTLD policy review & next steps – 1030-1200 (block 2)
• PLENARY SESSION:  Evolution of ICANN’s Multi-stakeholder Model – 1030-1200 (block 2)
• MPC – 1330-1500 (block 3)
• Q&A with ICANN Organization Executive Team – 1515-1645 (block 4)
• Public Forum 2 – 1700-1830 (block 5)
• ICANN Wrap-up Cocktail 

Additionally, all sessions are open and observers are welcome – unless otherwise noted.  If you are not planning on being in Montreal, remote participation will be available and you are encouraged to attend.  I will send out details as they become available, or you are welcome to reach out to me directly.  Calendar notices will be sent to individual working group/committee members.
