Hi, Roelof, the draft is fine with me . ICANN just released its series of "Strategy Panels". http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-14oct13-en.htm. I wonder whether they are relevant to our comments on the strategy planning. Or, ICANN simply attempts to create another process to fix the problems in the existing process.
