Dear all,
As Bart wrote last week, today is my last day with the ccNSO. Many thanks for all kind words and wishes you've sent me – I’m really touched!
And now it’s time for me to thank you and say good bye. After more than 8 1/2 years with this community, I felt it is time to move on and I’m grateful to get the chance to take up a new exciting position within ICANN.
However, whilst I am happy about my new job opportunity, I am also very sad to leave a community that I have really loved working with. I would like to thank all of you for all these years we spent together and for everything you taught me. Without the experience I gained thanks to you, I wouldn’t be able to move on.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my wonderful working colleagues Bart and Kristina for the past years – you have been the best colleagues one could imagine!
As Bart mentioned, I will still stay on to run the ccNSO Council nominations/elections (throughout September/October/November), so you will see my name pop up on the members email list now and then - but my other tasks will be shared by Bart, Kristina and Kim until a replacement has been found.
As I am staying with ICANN, I will still be “around", so I am sure we will meet again sooner or later and you all know where to find me!
Thank you all, once again and
Kind regards,
Gabi
