Hello everyone,
This a is a reminder that the ccNSO leadership team and MPC Chair will host two consultation
sessions via Zoom, aimed at collecting your feedback regarding ICANN org’s recommended strategic changes for future ICANN Public Meetings and
its impact on the ccNSO schedule. The first session will be held in a few hours from now.
You are highly encouraged to attend.
Basis for discussion is the attached document,
which was previously circulated by Barbara Povse (MPC Chair).

Next Steps
As Barbara mentioned, the deadline for comments is Thursday, 17
December 2020 (23:59 UTC). The ccNSO will submit its consolidated feedback to ICANN org on 18 December. The
anticipated launch for implementation of ICANN org’s recommendations would
be for the ICANN70 Community Forum in March 2021.
We look forward to your input, regarding ICANN public meetings, and how to shape the ccNSO schedule moving forward.
