Dear Roelf and fellow councilors,
The letter is fine and clear. However, I suggest that for the 2nd example of the 23.8 pct increase in expenses the two-sentence response be quoted and inserted in the letter. This way the reader will directly and clearly get the point and will avoid referencing to previous Icann response.
