Below is the Triage Committee recommendation on how to move forward with ICANN's Consultation on ccTLD Delegation and Redelegation User Instructions and Source of Policy and Procedures. The recommendation is that beyond posting it to the relevant ccTLD lists (done), we should also revive the IANA Consultation Drafting team, which has drafted statements in the past to IANA consultations – and ask them to draft an input document.

In order to keep the various requests for input separated, we have started with a numbering system. This request is nr 15-2013 (as it was the 15th request we received since the start of this process in May).

In case you object to this recommendation, please, post this to the Council email list by Monday, 16 September at the latest. If no objection is received by then, we understand that this recommendation has been approved.
