Further included latest version monitoring sheet comments and draft format ccNSO Council input.

Proposed procedure (to be discussed tomorrow for ccNSO Council will be:

- Members and participants together with the secretariat monitor progress made on the items under discussion. Use  the document  and mark items agreed upon as green etc.

- Use monitoring document to draft the Council statement, along the format suggested:

o Introductorionary paragraph

o General comment

o Specific comment (open issues)

- As the public comment closes on Friday 9 September, ccNSO Council will need to take a decision by Thursday 8 September to submit the comments of a final draft.
