Please find included background material item 7 a (workplan)

The documents included are an update of the documents shared during previous sessions. There are 3 different views of the ccNSO Portfolio of activities 2021-2023:

1. The Outline includes a brief description of the activities (included in this email)
2. The GANTT view shows the groups, tentative schedule/duration of activities. In next iteration dependencies and other details will be included, which the Triage Committee believes are relevant.
3. The Mindmap relates the activities against the value categories of the ccNSO (Global Platform function, Improvement, ccNSO as part of ICANN (supporting organization and Decisional Participant)

Goal of this workplan is to set a baseline of activities for the upcoming two years,. And update the list and schedules quarterly.
