Dear Councillors,

This Triage Group recommendation on the Request for Input on the Draft Strategic and Operational Plan (see below) may seem a bit superfluous, as the recommendation is to forward it to the SOP WG -  which already is busy working on the topic. However, for formal reasons it needed to pass the Triaging group (2 of 3 members agreed with recommendation, no reply from 3rd member) and also needs to gain your approval. Please, let me know if you have any objections by 20 May 2013.
