Hello fellow Councilors, I had previously been asked to Chair the Internet Security Session in Cairo, but I would very much welcome the opportunity to co-Chair with Hiro. As Internet Security Session has 8 talks, they
should be aligned and organized appropriately.

Let's appoint session chair of the session
and let him/her arrange / confirm the title and
content of each talk.  I'm pleased to take the
