Please find below a draft resolution, presented to you for an online decision.  Kindly provide me with your input by the end of Friday 23 November 2018, 23:59 UTC, in case you do not agree with the proposed resolution.

 

Appointment new members MPC

For decision: formal appointment new members ccNSO Guidelines Review Committee (GRC), following a recent call for volunteers (https://ccnso.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-02nov18-en.htm ). The Secretariat has sent the Data Publication Consent Form to all volunteers and will follow-up with those that have not yet returned their forms. The background information as submitted by the volunteers is included in attachment.

 

Draft Resolution

The ccNSO Council approves membership of the candidates included below to the ccNSO Guidelines Review Committee (GRC). The secretariat is requested to inform the Committee chair and take all other necessary steps to include the volunteers as members of the GRC.

Jannett Ibañez Flores (.bo)

Jian Zhang (NomCom appointed councillor)
