Dear all, 

Please find included the final version published yesterday. 

We have not included some comments that were unclear even after multiple discussions and reviews. The final document is therefore somewhat shorter than the Google document we presented on Tuesday. In my opinion, this does not reduce the information value. 

Once again - I would like to thank the SOPC team for their extensive work and the ICANN Secretariat for their support.
