Subject: [ccnso-council] location joint meeting between the ccNSO and the ICANN Board : ICANN60
Dear Councillors,
This is to consult with you regarding the location of the joint meeting between the ccNSO and the ICANN Board at ICANN60, scheduled to take place on Wednesday 1 November between 13:30 and 14:30.
We were given the opportunity to specify our preference for the location of that meeting: either the ccNSO meeting room, or the main hall. Please note that we have the possibility to avoid switching rooms,
and hence to avoid losing time, if we meet with the Board in the ccNSO room.
Could you please confirm your preference?
The deadline for feedback is noon UTC on Friday.
