Attached is a paper drafted by the representatives from the ccTLDs in the Cross Community WG on Country & Territory Names for you to review. 

The Council requested such a paper to be drafted (see 51-2014:  http://ccnso.icann.org/about/council/decisions.htm) in order to deliver input to the GAC draft document on Geographic Names for future New gTLD rounds. The GAC document is available at http://tinyurl.com/kzt8kbg.

As the last day to submit comments is 14 November, I would be grateful if you could review the paper and send any input to this list by the 12 November, at the latest.

If I do not hear from you, I take it as your approval of this document.
