Dear all,

Following the discussion on the last call (24 May) Councillors are (again) invited to participate and help shape the session on workload balancing and volunteer burnout with the cctLD community present in Panama. The session is tentatively scheduled for day 1 of the upcoming ccNSO Members Meeting.

As discussed during the last and the ccNSO Council call in April 2018, there will be an interactive session in Panama on how to increase the number of active volunteers in working groups. This is a follow-up and part of the overarching discussion on balancing the workload i.e. setting priorities that Council initiated at its work shop in San Juan.  Please find again a link to the background material distributed prior to the April 2018 council meeting:https://community.icann.org/display/ccNSOCWS/26+April+2018 [community.icann.org]

If you are interested, kindly let me know by 5 June 2018. Thank you and kind regards,

Bart
