Please find included the Redline and Clean. FINAL versions of the ccNSO Guidelines Board Seat 11 and 12 Nomination Process and Council Election Process. Today the GRC agreed to submit these two Guidelines to Council for  adoption.

The updates were needed to align the Guideliens with the recently amended Bylaws ( inclusion of IDNccTLD Managers in the ccNSO & Inernal Rules). In addition comment from Patricio on explicitly stating that “starting date of nomination” should be included in the announcement of the call for nominations in the Board Nomination Process, has been addressed.

The Guidelines reviewed by both Council and members.
