Dear all,

After the extended nomination period to the ccNSO Council, following people have been nominated:

African Region: Souleymane Oumtanaga, .ci and Chris Tshimanga, .cd

Asia-Pacific Region: Hiro Hotta, .jp

European Region: Roelof Meijer, .nl and Nigel Roberts, .gg/.je

Latin American and Caribbean Region: Victor Abboud, .ec

North American Region: Dotty Sparks de Blanc, .vi

This means that Hiro Hotta, Victor Abboud and Dotty Sparks de Blanc have been appointed to serve for another three year term, whilst elections need to be held in the African and European region.

The candidates will be available for a Q&A session on Tuesday, 19 November, during the ccNSO meeting in Buenos Aires – see agenda at http://ccnso.icann.org/meetings/buenos-aires/agenda.htm.

The election period for the African and European region will start on 29 November and end on 13 December. More details on how to vote will follow closer to this date. However, I would already like to encourage the members from the African and European region, who are unsure who their primary ccNSO contact is, to check with me.
