   1. what definitely needs to be done in the timeframe of ICANN67 (for example, ccNSO Council meeting to elect the chair and vice-chairs of the ccNSO and assign other roles),
      
   2. which meetings and sessions have to be held regardless of ICANN67 or another ICANN meeting (for example, the PDP RET WG meeting),
      
   3. which meetings and sessions can be held only in person and hence have to be deferred to the next face-to-face meeting.
