Dear Councillors,

In the ITEMS Report someone suggested that we should publish a kind of activity report at the end of each month. It would be hard for us to find the time to make a report with much text, however,  it might probably be useful to summarise reports, minutes, announcements etc just by providing the links in an email by the end of each month.

So below is a first draft of what it could look like, for your consideration. If there will be time in Brussels during the Council Workshop on Sunday, this can be discussed.
