Dear Alejandra,

Please find included the Draft Board Report for approval by Council.  Once adopted by Council it will be submitted to the Board.

In accordance with Section 14 of Annex B of the Bylaws, the Board Report contains, the various required parts:

1. A clear statement of the ccNSO Recommendation ( Part A of the Report). Note that after the members vote part A of the report is now designated as the ccNSO Recommendation.
2. The Final Report submitted to the Council – This comprises of Part O, excluding sections 6,7 and 8, and again including Part A, part B and Part C of the Board report
3. The Members' Report – This is the Final report and including Part O sections 6 and 8 of the Board Report.
