Please find included suggested update roles and responsibilities Councillors.

Some of you volunteered already for some of the roles. I have taken the liberty to fill in others trying to make it even balanced and taking into account other roles you have taken on in the ICANN context and associated workload ( for example Demi will have to put in a lot of time into ATRT3, Ajay is newly appointed chair of the UA group).
