Greetings fellow Councilors,

Having received an affirmative consent from the GNSO regarding ICANN Board resolution 2019.09.08.05 regarding the Board’s modification to the fundamental Bylaw 18.7 this afternoon, requested by the ccNSO, we achieved unanimous consent on this Bylaw change from the other SO/AC’s,  and I have gone ahead and submitted notification of this to the ICANN Corporate Secretary per Annex D, Section 1.4(b) , on behalf of the Empowered Community Administration.

This matter is now completed, and the ICANN Bylaws have been modified as per the request of the ccNSO.
