I am pleased that in accordance with section Annex B, 9 c of the ICANN Bylaws, I - in my capacity as Issue Manager of ccPDP3 Retirement - can submit to you the Final Report on the development of a policy with respect to the retirement of ccTLDs for consideration and adoption by the ccNSO Council at its upcoming meeting, 17 June 2021. The policy as developed by the working is included in the Annex A of this Report (the Final Paper of the working group) section 1 through 5.
