For reasons that are complicated, though important, I withdrew
from participation in the ATRT this evening. I was forced to choose
between representing ICM in connection with what I believe is an uncontested
issue - providing due diligence materials and contract provisions in response
to the Board's decision in Brussels. I did consider turning down the
representation, but ultimately determined that this was simply not fair to ICM,
and that it raised profound accountability issues in and of itself.
I am very sorry to fail to carry out the trust that the
council and the ccNSO invested. But I would do the same for each and
every one of you.
I believe that the ccNSO now has a seat to fill, and I am
happy to staff/support anyone who takes up that position.
