I am very pleased and honored to inform you that the ccPDP3 Working Group review mechanism has concluded its work under the leadership of Stephen and Eberhard, and with the relentless support from Bernard, Kimberly and Joke.

In accordance with Annex C section 9 ( c ) I therefore submit the Final Report to Council for its consideration.

Per discussion on the February Council call and in accordance with the agreed timeline, the Council deliberations will be scheduled for the Council meeting in Cancun ( Thursday 16 March).
