As you have undoubtedly seen the supportive replies to my previous email on this subject, it will come as no surprise to you that .na's application for membership of the ccNSO has been approved. Herr Doctor Lisse has been informed accordingly.

Included the cover letters for .NA and the .NU (from 2003).
The Launching Group approved the .NU application and noted the cover letter did not impact the terms of membership.
Becky and I checked and the statements included in the cover letter from of .NA do not have any impact on the terms of membership according to the Bylaws nor do they effect the activities of the ccNSO. The cover letter also has
no effect on the commitments contained in the application for ccNSO membership. If we are to be consistent with the decision in 2003, the cover letter can be treated in the same fashion, and the application approved.
We strongly urge that the Council act on .NA’s membership application by email as soon as possible.
