On behalf of the ccNSO Council I am pleased to announce that after a rigorous process Jay Daley (.nz) and Byron Holland (.ca) have been selected to serve on the to Customer Standing Committee (CSC).

The CSC is probably the most important new group post transition for us as ccTLD operators. It will monitor and review the performance of the post transition IANA operator against the service level expectations.

 

As the next step, in cooperation with the GNSO Council, the ccNSO Council have to approve the full slate of the CSC.

 

We are also working on the guideline for selection of our representative on another new structure – Root Zone Evolution Review Committee (RZERC). We will keep you updated on the progress.
