First of all thank you on behalf of the team for your compliments!! We really appreciate it. With respect to your question about translation of the members report the following. Let
me start by saying I understand and appreciate this may be helpful. However, there are both practical and principle reasons that we do not ask for ICANN translation.
As a translation of the Members report would be the first document to translate, it would have taken quite some time, and we would have missed the agreed upon timeline.
This being said, in the past, as apart of the implementation discussion of the 1st ccNSO review, the Council agreed based upon the result of an extensive survey and discussion,
not to ask for translations of “important” documents. Already at the time it was agreed that translation tools, although not perfect, could provide a workable understanding of the content of a document.

policy issue (see Item 10), including all the opinions expressed
during such deliberation, accompanied by a description of who
