screening process adopt the proposed
Uniform Board Member Integrity Screening Process[icann.org] [PDF, 43 KB] to conduct due diligence on candidates
selected to serve on the ICANN Board.

Topic: 13-2018: Draft Project Plan for the proposed Name Collission Analysis Project (NCAP)
Summary of request:
The proposed Name Collision Analysis Project (NCAP) project plan has been drafted by the ICANN Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC). It details their proposed approach for studying name collision
in response to the ICANN Board's request in resolutions 2017.11.02.29 - 2017.11.02.31. The proposed SSAC study is intended to facilitate the development of policy on Collision Strings to mitigate potential harm to the stability and security of the DNS posed
by delegation of such strings. The SSAC seeks community input on the project plan before it is finalized and SSAC consensus is reached for submission to the Board for approval and project kick-off.

Summary of request:
ICANN organization seeks public comment on the Reserve Fund replenishment strategy. Following the confirmation of the Reserve Fund target level of a minimum of 12 months of Operating Expenses, the difference
between the current and the target levels shows a shortfall, and the Reserve Fund needs to be replenished. The purpose of this public comment proceeding is to offer a suggested replenishment strategy for public input.
