Please find included the Members Report for your approval,

The Members Report is required under section 12 of Annex B and must contain at least:

a. A clear statement of the Council's recommendation. This statement is included in the executive summary and (new) section 2.3

b. The Final Report submitted to the Council; and

c. A copy of the minutes of the Council's deliberation on the policy issue (see Item 10), including all the opinions expressed during such deliberation, accompanied by a description of who expressed such opinions: this is included in (new) section 2.3

Please let me know if you have any questions or objections to the Members Report ( specifically the additional paragraph in the exec summary and section 2.3) as soon as possible but ultimately by Wednesday 23 June 2021, 17.00 UTC. The goal is to submit the members Report to the ccNSO members on Thursday 24 June 2021, and publish it.
