Barrack, 1) you do not need to appologise for being a non-native English speaker – the world consisting only of native speakers would be a very boring one J 2) I am not a native English speaker either – that could be the reason why I need a more detailed explanation. Therefore, I am going back to my question: could you please describe your idea in more detail? I did not understand, for example, what do you mean by panel or “select a panel”? The idea of discussing issues regionally, could provide an interesting twist but I would like to know why you think this is the way?
Thank you!

Hi Katrina,
Excuse me for not being a native English speaker. By members i meant the rest of the Council members or audience participating in the workshop. Basically show us the problem and be part of the solution.

Hi Barrack,
Thanks for your suggestion. However, I am not sure I understand it. We are talking about the Council workshop, not members meeting.
Could you please clarify the set-up you are proposing?
Thanks!

Hi Katrina,
What if we collect issues of concern from Council members and select a panel randomly from each region to discuss how the issues can be resolved. We can then open the floor for more contribution or debate from members who will not be seating on the panel.
Best

Dear Katrina,
Thanks for starting the process of collecting input for the Council workshop.
I would suggest we start from the “fears, hopes and other findings of the previous workshop”. I do remember that we had said that we would have addressed the findings at the next workshop.
Are there minutes of the workshop we had earlier this year, I could not find them.
Best,
Giovanni
