Dear fellow Councilors and UA small group members ,

Based on discussion during two workshops on the subject I suggest to investigate a little bit more the ccTLD managers needs

This can be done through the survey. Preliminary idea:

Create:

• List of IDN ccTLD managers
• List of ccTLD managers with IDNs on 2^nd level

Invite them and those ccTLD managers that plan to introduce IDNs in the future to participate in the survey:

• Are you involved in any local or regional UA initiatives? If Yes - Which one do you participate?
• What do you have already? What materials, resources? Are you ready to share them?
• Did you ever attend the UA-related sessions during ICANN meetings (i.e. UASG updates? Other industry events?)
• When did you visit UASG web-site last time? Do you use any materials posted on the UASG web-site? If no – why?
• What are you missing? What kind of materials, contacts, etc ?

The responses may give better understanding of real needs.
