Dear Councillors,

I have contacted you regarding the upcoming ccNSO Council elections, and the associated timeline (see Council resolution 174-05 from 17 June 2021).

The timeline Council adopted in June mentioned that there would be a ccNSO Council Election Webinar between 31 August and 2 September. To allow additional people to participate, Alejandra and the Secretariat suggest to hold the webinar on Thursday, 16 September 2021 at noon UTC. 

A calendar invite has been sent to the ccNSO Council mailing list.  A save the date has been posted here: https://ccnso.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-11aug21-en.htm, and has been included in the August edition of the ccNSO Newsletter.  A notification to the ccNSO mailing lists will follow.  A revised timeline – including the new date of the ccNSO Council Election Webinar - is included in attachment.
