Dear all,

Apparently something went wrong in circulating the version to Council. To capture the proposed changes (see email 4 April below) the text of section 4 of the Trigae committee should read:

4. Membership and staffing

The Triage Committee shall have at least three (3) members, all ccNSO Councillors, including one (1) NomCom appointed Councillor and if possible one of the ccNSO Council’s vice-chair who will be the preferred chair of the Triage Committee. Members of the Triage Committee are appointed by the ccNSO Council for a one (1) year term. Support is provided by the Secretariat.

As you will the term limits as member of Triage committee were too constraining, especially now with the changing role of the Triage Committee.
The Triage committee will need a chair given its expended role. It is alos suggested that one of the vice-chairs will preferred candidate for that role.
