Below you’ll find the details regarding this round of the 360 review for your approval. In case you do not agree with it, please raise your concerns to the Council mailing list by the end of Friday, 26 January 2024, 23:59 UTC.
According to the review procedure all Councillors are expected to receive two 360 feedback reports during their term. The first one will be received 1 year after they take their seat on the Council. The second round of feedback should be concluded 6 months before the end of the term.
The following Councillors who took their seat approximately one year ago will be subject to the review: Molehe, Ai-Chin, Stephen, Chris, Alejandra and Olga. Additionally we will include Tatiana, since she's at the end of her term and she should be able to have her Report sent to the Nominating Committee on time for the next NomCom search cycle, if she wishes to do so.
This Review has been scheduled for February 2024 (duration 3 weeks), and feed-back to the individual Councillors subject to the review will be provided during or around ICANN79 (see proposed timeline below).
The evaluator for this round is Alejandra. As Alejandra will be subject to the review herself, the proposed Designee(s) for her feed-back are Biyi and Jordan.
The proposed Feedback Process Manager is Bart Boswinkel.
Proposed Timeline:- Start of Survey: Tuesday 30 January 2024 – Links to Surveymonkey Surveys sent to individual Councillors who are not subject to survey and to staff.
- Closure of Survey: Tuesday 20 February 2024
- Compilation of individual Reports: 21 February – 23 February
- Share results with individual Councillors and Evaluator: chair of the ccNSO and Designee as evaluator for the evaluation of Alejandra
- Conversations Chair or Designee and individual Councillor: 26 February - 15 March 2024
