Summary of request: ICANN filed its Form 990 for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2015 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on 11 May 2016 in compliance with the extended due date of 15 May 2016. The Form 990 is the United States tax return for organizations exempt from income taxes under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Community is invited to review ICANN's Form 990.
