Community Regional Outreach Program (CROP) Trip Proposal Submission Deadline for ICANN78

Please see the CROP Procedures and Guidelines to determine eligibility. Trips must originate and conclude within the same region and must be taken by someone located in the region where the meeting is taking place

If your publication requires translation, please provide the final material(s) to Andrea Glandon by 13 SEPTEMBER. This ensures that there is enough time to translate the publication by the start of the meeting, with the possibility of potential changes. If your materials require design assistance (outlined above), please note that the final materials will have to be complete, including the edit/approval process, by this deadline to be translated

The program facilitates in-person participation of community members with children who are 12 years old or younger at ICANN public meetings and eligible ICANN events.
