1. Please find the "Expert Working Group on gTLD Directory Services Meeting" report. The EWG task is "to lay the groundwork for a next-generation gTLD directory service to replace today’s WHOIS system."

3. In résponse to ICANN CEO Fadi's email (4 Dec 2012) on the Trademark Clearinghouse on two issues (i) Strawman Proposal and (ii) the IPC/BC proposal for limited defensive registrations, the GNSO Council has sent a letter to Fadi which is attached in this email.
