Dear Councillors

As you will recall Alejandra introduced the need for next round of the 360 review to you at the last Council call, and you are requested to approve the timeline. If you have any questions or comments re timeline and/or procedure please use the list by Friday 24 January 2025 noon UTC.  

Proposed Timeline

• Start of Survey: Tuesday 28 January 2025 – Links to Surveymonkey Surveys will be sent to all Councillors who are not subject to survey and to staff. Each of you will receive a links in one email.
• Closure of Survey: Tuesday 18 February 2025
• Compilation of individual Reports: 19 - 20 February 2025
• Share results with individual Councillors and  Evaluator: 21 February 2025
• Conversations Chair and individual Councillor: 24 February – 13 March 2025

Based on this scheme the following Councillors who took their seat approximately one year ago will be subject to the 1^st review for this round: Ali, Jiankang, Sean, Peter, Jenifer, and Wafa. In addition, Olga is subject as this her final year of her term as NomCom appointee.

The evaluator for this round is Alejandra. The proposed Feedback Process Manager is Bart Boswinkel.

According to the review procedure all Councillors are expected to receive two 360 feedback reports during their term. The first one will be received 1 year after they take their seat on the Council. The second round of feedback should be concluded 6 months before the end of the term.
