Greetings Bart and fellow Council members,
Per Bart’s request, Nigel and I spent a considerable part of the weekend reviewing the Draft FAQ regarding ccTLDs that Bart circulated last month.
Attached please find a new version of the FAQ (same questions as previously), with answers that Nigel and I believe more accurately reflect current ICANN policy with respect to ccTLDs, based on our experience
serving on the Framework of Interpretation Working Group. Both Word and PDF formats attached, formatted for A4. Please review and comment.
Best regards,
Stephen Deerhake
