Pls see attached new version of the questionnaire and the cover letter. We would like to seek this information from ccTLD registries of 30 countries:
 
 
Countries for the case study: Korea, China, France, Brazil, Egypt, Kenya, Senegal, Russia
 
Countries to collect data:
 
Canada, Australia, Greece, Italy, Mozambique, Ghana, Sierra Leon, Tunisia, Morocco, South Africa, 
Japan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Iran, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Chile, Latvia, Georgia, Ukraine
 
We are planning also send out the same questionnaire to ISOC chapters in those countries in order to cross-check information received.
 
If you could give me the list of names and e-mails whom I could send this request, I would do it myself.
