I still haven't received any application letter from Bill Semich for the position of the ccNSO Representative to the NomCom . However, as we don't have too much time to select our representative, I would like to ask you to let me know which of the two candidates you select for the NomCom representative position: Bill Semich, or Jian Zhang. Dear Councillors,

We have two candidates for the position of ccNSO Representative to the NomCom representative: Jian Zhang and Bill Semich. 

Jian has served one term and is eligible to serve another term. She has also indicated that she is willing to do so.

Bill Semich will send an application letter shortly, so far he has only declared he is "interested". Once I have forwarded his application to you, I will ask you to let me know your preference. So – please, do not cast your vote yet, wait until you receive Bill's application.
