Dear SOAC Chairs,

 

Thank you again for your time and participation at the recent SOAC Chairs’ Virtual Roundtable. Please find attached for your attention the Summary Notes from that call, including the various action items from it.

For your convenience, I am also re-attaching the materials that my colleagues from the Review Support & Accountability, Implementation Operations, Planning and Economist teams used for their presentations and discussions with you. As a reminder, these topics were:

(1) Evolving Organizational Reviews into a Continuous Improvement Program (ATRT3 Recommendation 3.6);

(2) Draft Proposal for a Process to Retire Community-Developed Non-Policy Recommendations;

(3) Development of the FY26-30 Five-Year Strategic Plan; and

(4) information about ICANN org’s Economist function.

 

Please do not hesitate to let me or any of your policy support teams know if you or your members have questions or would like further information on these topics or the agreed action items relating to any of them.
